Create and register CV

Creating a CV automatically creates an account for www.jobseeker.com. This account is part of your subscription. We use the following information to create the CV and your account:

Information as stated on your CV, such as work experience and education

When registering, we store the personal data you have provided in your account. We save this from the moment you click on the first 'next step' button. You can reach the account with the e-mail address you provided as username and password. We store this information so that you do not have to fill it in every time, so that we can contact you in the context of the execution of the agreement, invoicing and payment and to provide an overview of the products and services that you have purchased from us. . Furthermore, Jobseeker processes your personal data to provide the requested subscription services and to store your personal data, in particular the CVs you have drawn up, in order to make them available to you when using our services in the future. If you have not completed the CV and have closed Jobseeker, we can send you reminder emails.

Portal

After you have logged in to your account, you will gain access to our portal. In this portal you can generate, manage and edit your CVs and cover letters, prepare, send and maintain applications and view relevant vacancies. We store the content of the CVs, application letters, information from the sent applications and keywords for relevant vacancies in your account. We keep this data so that we can execute the agreement with you and you can read this data at a later time.

Retention periods

Jobseeker stores your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes formulated in this statement. In addition, we store your personal data until you have your account permanently deleted, or two and a half years after you have set your account to 'inactive' and have not indicated in the interim that you wish to extend this retention period. If you set your account to 'inactive', Jobseeker may contact you to inform you about the storage of your personal data.

Contact Form

If you fill in a contact form on the website, or send us an e-mail, the data you send us will be kept for as long as the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail requires for complete answering and processing. In the contact form we will in any case ask for your name, your e-mail address and the content of the message.

Leave a review
